Windy City ThunderBolts Offer Part-Time Ballpark Positions For 2025
Windy City ThunderBolts are offering summer jobs in concessions and fan services for 2025 season. Applicants must be age 16 and over.

CRESTWOOD, IL — Want to work at a ballpark this summer? The Windy City ThunderBolts are looking for qualified people to work the 2025 season, which runs from May to September. Game day jobs include part-time positions in concessions and fan services. Applicants must be age 16 years and older.
Especially needed are grill cooks (burgers, sausages, fryer work) and cleaning services. Applications are also being taken for various other positions in Ozinga Field’s food and beverage department, and fan services. Positions pay minimum wage or higher, depending on experience.
These jobs are perfect for retired persons looking to stay busy, those with summers off like teachers and especially high school/college students looking for a fun summer job. The Windy City ThunderBolts play at Ozinga Field, 14011 S. Kenton Ave., Crestwood.

Some things to know:
- The ThunderBolts season runs from May through August. Games are Tuesday through Sunday and most employees work between 3.5 to 5 hours per day, but those looking for more hours can find it.
- You are not expected to work every event, but being available on the weekends is most important.
- Staff are needed for other events too. Ozinga Field has dozens of other events April through August outside of the ThunderBolts that are available for hours.
- Applicants must be 16 years of age or older before they can work any hours.
