Cops, K9 Searching For Robbery Suspect In Elk Grove Village: Police
The robbery occurred Thursday afternoon in the 1100 block of West Devon Avenue.
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL — A search for a robbery suspect, including the use of a K9, continues Thursday afternoon following the incident in the 1100 block of West Devon Avenue.
Police responded to the area at around 12:40 p.m., and investigators will continue collecting evidence there for the next several hours.
The suspect, who did not display a weapon, is described as white, in his 20s, wearing a black hoodie, who left the area northbound on foot. An unknown amount of money was taken.

No injuries have been reported and there is no threat to the community at this time, according to police.
Police are asking anyone who sees someone acting suspicious in the area to call 911.
