Man Crashes Into Pole, Brick Sign Outside Arlington Heights Retirement Home
The driver was listed in critical condition on Wednesday morning.

A man was listed in critical condition Wednesday morning after crashing his car into a sign outside an Arlington Heights retirement center.
The 26-year-old reportedly ran into the brick marker around 5:35 a.m. on Central Road just east of New Wilke Road, according to a Daily Herald report.
"Arlington Heights Deputy Police Chief Andrew Whowell said the car struck and broke a light pole before hitting the wall and coming to a stop," the story said.

He was taken to Northwest Community Hospital for treatment.
