Aurora Man Sentenced For Sexual Assaulting Victim On Cocaine: Mosser
The sentencing comes two and a half years after the man, 42, assaulted the victim when she wasn't able to consent, officials said.

AURORA, IL — An Aurora man found guilty of sexually assaulting a woman after giving her cocaine was sentenced to 13 years in prison, Kane County State's Attorney Jamie Mosser announced.
Ricardo Lemos, 42, was sentenced by Judge Bianca Camargo after a jury convicted him of criminal sexual assault, a Class 1 felony, the second most serious category of felony in Illinois.
The sentence stems from an incident on July 2, 2022. Lemos, of the 1700 block of Felten Road, gave cocaine to a woman, whom he knew, and proceeded to sexually assault her when she was unable to consent, Patch reported.
