PHH Home Loans Opens on Main Street

PHH Home Loans has opened a retail residential mortgage office in Barrington. It is located in a landmark Victorian home on Main Street. PHH Mortgage is one of the top 10 originators of retail residential mortgages in the Nation. The PHH Mortgage family provided more than $51.9 billion in mortgage financing in 2011.

Joy Prisching, a Lake Zurich High School graduate, has been hired as the Branch Manager for our Barrington retail office. She and her experienced staff bring over 50 years of mortgage expertise to the area.

In her new role, Prisching will be responsible for all mortgage origination and staff support including training, developing, and relationship building throughout the area.  Prisching has worked in the Chicagoland mortgage industry for 20 years;  an employee of four major lending institutions, both as a correspondent lender and directly working with banking institutions. She is a top producer in her field and offers a unique and helpful approach to mortgage lending. Joy works with the public direct on refinancing and purchasing of new homes, as well as developing strong relationships with area real estate agents, attorneys, and financial planners. Her vast experience recently landed her the prestigious 2012 Five Star Mortgage Professional for Outstanding Customer Service (as published in Chicago Magazine).
