Driver Cited In Connection With Randall Road Crash That Hospitalized 3: Batavia Police
Three people were hospitalized, including one who was seriously injured, after the crash at Randall Road and McKee Street, police said.

BATAVIA, IL — A Burbank woman was cited in connection with a Tuesday crash that left three people hospitalized, including one who was seriously hurt, Batavia police said in an update Friday.
The 21-year-old Belinda Gomez-Majthoub was issued a citation for failure to yield — vehicle turning left — after the crash that occurred at about 8:55 p.m. at the intersection of North Randall Road and McKee Street.
The preliminary investigation revealed a Chevrolet Trailblazer, driven by Gomez-Majthoub, was driving north on Randall Road when the driver attempted to turn left and crashed into a Dodge Ram headed south on Randall Road, Patch reported.

Extrication was required after the collision, police said. Gomez-Majthoub and the 28-year-old Dodge driver were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries and soon released. A 24-year-old man who rode in the Chevrolet was receiving advanced medical treatment as of Wednesday.
