BATAVIA, IL — It may be November, but the Batavia Fireworks Committee is looking ahead to the summer and preparing for the annual Fourth of July Sky Concert.
To raise money for the 74th annual fireworks display, the committee will host its second annual Holiday Home Tours from 5-9 p.m. Dec. 2.
Guests will get to tour two homes in Batavia's Tanglewood subdivision: the first is at 516 Brady Way, and the second is just a few doors down, at 436 Brady Way. The tours will be followed by a buffet dinner at the subdivision's clubhouse, 2701 Saupp Drive.

Pal Joey's will provide the appetizers for dinner, Enticing Cuisine will cater the "scrumptious" dinner, and Kelly Hengle, a committee member, will serve her "delectable homemade holiday sweets." Diners will be able to sip on wine and beer and bid on auction items while enjoying music performed by Batavia High School orchestra students.
Tours of the houses decked out for Christmas will take place between 5-6:30 p.m., followed by dinner from 6:30-9 p.m.
