Man Charged In Connection With Batavia Smoke Shop Burglary: PD
Batavia police provided an update about the burglary that occurred at All Da Smokes, located on Wilson Street.
BATAVIA, IL — A man is in custody in connection with the burglary that occurred Sept. 15 at All Da Smokes in Batavia, police said in an update Monday.
Trey W. Austin, a 23-year-old resident of the 1000 block of South Jackson Street in Batavia, was taken into custody Sept. 19 and charged with burglary and criminal damage.
Officers responded to the smoke shop, 2026 W. Wilson St., just before 9:45 p.m. to find evidence of forced entry through the front door. Officials did not say in Monday's update what was stolen.

As of Monday, Austin remains in custody at the Kane County jail.
