Discussion will center on mixed-use development plans for the Campana building, 901 N. Batavia Ave., which is listed on the National Register of Historic places and formally deemed a local landmark by city officials. Evergreen Real Estate Group's $30 million proposal designates apartments for its original section and north addition, and businesses in its south and west portions, reported the Kane County Chronicle.

It specifies 80 residential apartments in total – 36 one-bedroom, 38 two-bedroom and six three-bedroom units – and 146 parking spaces. Local officials recently expressed concern about a parking deficit, saying the plans require at least 301 spots onsite.
