Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Job Description:
Help clean and remove odors from personal belongings after fire, smoke, or water damage. This job is careful, detailed cleaning that helps families get their homes and items back to normal. The work is Monday–Friday at our Alsip, IL office with a mostly women-led team in our contents cleaning room, where items brought to our facility are cleaned and deodorized. Sometimes the team goes to customer homes to clean walls, floors, furniture, and remove odors. If you have experience in housekeeping, hotel cleaning, hospital cleaning, residential cleaning, or maid services — and you like clean, careful work — this job is a great fit. Supervisors and cleaning managers from these areas are welcome to apply too.

Salary Range - $18–$23/hr + Overtime + Phone Allowance.
Pay depends on your experience and skills.
Must-Haves:
- Live within 20 minutes of Alsip, IL – local candidates only
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable car to get to work in Alsip every day.
- Good attention to detail — you notice small things
- Respectful and comfortable working in customers’ homes
- Able to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods
- Candidates with experience in housekeeping, hotel cleaning, hospital cleaning, residential cleaning, maid services, or upholstery cleaning are encouraged to apply.
Nice-to-Haves (we’ll train):
- 1+ year of professional cleaning experience
- Experience with detailed cleaning (homes, hotels, hospitals, offices)
- Bilingual English / Spanish a plus (not required)

- Handle items carefully, label them, and store them correctly
