2 Homes Hit By Gunfire, Reports Of Shots Fired In Bolingbrook: Police
There are no reported injuries, and the investigation is ongoing.
BOLINGBROOK, IL — Two homes were struck by gunfire on Tuesday night after reports of shots fired, according to Bolingbrook Police.
Police said officers responded to Jamestown Lane at 7:54 p.m. Tuesday. A caller told police that while he was taking out the trash, a man yelled and displayed gang affiliation at him. A short time later, additional callers reported shots fired in the same area, police said.
Officers discovered two homes struck by gunfire. Detectives also responded to the scene and officers are canvassing the area for evidence and persons of interest, police said.
