Bolingbrook General Manager Honored for Excellence in Leadership Award

Recently, Janel Larson, general manager of Culver's of Bolingbrook was recognized with the prestigious Excellence in Leadership award presented by Culver's Restaurants at their annual convention in Phoenix, Ariz., earlier this month for her outstanding performance in 2011.

“Janel Larson's unyielding dedication to her outstanding performance in 2011 earned her this award,” said Chuck Martin, owner of the Bolingbrook Culver’s. “She has always taken Culver’s commitment to doing it right for each guest seriously and has been a great asset to our store. I am so proud of her accomplishment.”

The Excellence in Leadership Award is given to the company's top performing general managers each year. They are judged on sales growth, guest satisfaction, community involvement, overall operations, and food safety.

Culver's of Bolingbrook opened in February of 2003.

Larson has been the general manager since January of 2009.
