Artwork of Bolingbrook Students on Display in Gallery at JJC

Call them the New Fab Five: Michael Caceros, Maritz Coronel, Victoria Demichel, Valeria Ortega and Andres Terriques.

The five Bolingbrook High School students were selected to display their artwork in the Laura Sprague Gallery at Joliet Junior College’s main campus, 1215 Houbolt Road, Joliet, as part of a display that runs through Dec. 13, according to a Valley View School District news release.

The gallery is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. And the public is invited to view 112 works of art selected by instructors at 23 different schools. Caceros, Coronel, Demichel, Ortega and Terriques will be recognized as contributors during a special ceremony on Dec. 5 in JJC’s Fine Arts Theatre.
