Bolingbrook home sales for the month of September rose in volume by 32.7% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 2.9% from $167,950 to $172,750. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 34.2%, while the median sale price decreased by 1.9% from $210,000 to $206,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 28.6%, while the median sale price rose by 32% from $75,550 to $99,750.
