Bolingbrook Plans Tree Lighting Ceremony Dec. 7

BOLINGBROOK, IL — Bolingbrook is ready to kick off the holiday season with its official tree lighting on Dec. 7.

The tree lighting countdown will begin at 5:30 p.m. behind Town Center, 375 W. Briarcliff Road, according to the Village. After the tree lighting, you can head out on the Winter Walk and see the different holiday displays along the path.

The event will also include visits with Santa, and treats for sale including hot chocolate, cider, popcorn and peppermint cotton candy, the Village said.
