Graffiti found on residences, signs
Graffiti was found spraypainted on several residences and signs in the area of Bedford Road, Hadleigh Road and N. Ashbury Avenue at 1:45 a.m., police said.

Residential burglary
Officers responded to the 500 block of Hampshire Lane for the report of a residential burglary at 3:55 p.m., police said. The homeowner discovered the front door kicked in. Two tablet computers were found in the front yard.

Illegal transportation of alcohol
Jose Dorantes-Gonzales, 41, 302 D Woodcreek Dr., was arrested at 7 p.m. and charged with illegal U turn, illegal transportation of alcohol and no valid driver’s license following a traffic stop on the 300 block of Woodcreek Drive, police said.
Battery
Michael Herrera, 25, 131 Thackeray Dr., was arrested and charged with battery following a previous incident on Nov. 2 on the 300 block of S. Bolingbrook Drive, police said.
