Bolingbrook Quarterback Chosen As Chicago Bears Week 1 All-Star

BOLINGBROOK, IL — The Chicago Bears have announced Bolingbrook High School's quarterback Jonas Williams as its "High School All-Star" for week 1.

Williams, a freshman at Bolingbrook, led the Raiders to a 49-12 victory against Minooka, according to a release from the Bears.

"As a freshman attending only eight days into high school, Williams put on an outstanding performance in his debut varsity game," the Bears said in a release. Williams completed 19 of 23 passes for 407 yards and seven touchdowns.

The "High School All-Stars" program is presented by Athletico Physical Therapy. The Chicago Bears will make a $500 donation to the youth football program of Williams' choice, according to a release.
