Bolingbrook Store Sells Winning $150K Lucky Day Lotto Ticket

BOLINGBROOK, IL – If you recently bought a Lucky Day Lotto ticket at Day N' Night Food & Liquor in Bolingbrook, the Illinois Lottery urges you to check it right now. According to a news release from the Illinois Lottery, the store at 501 W. Boughton Road is where a $150,000 winning Lucky Day Lotto ticket in the Monday, Dec. 30 evening drawing was sold. The winning ticket matched all five numbers — 01 - 05 - 20 - 21 - 29 — to win the jackpot, according to the news release.

The retailer will receive a bonus of $1,500, or one percent of the prize amount, for selling the winning ticket, according to the Illinois Lottery.

The Illinois Lottery urges the lucky winner to sign the back of the ticket and keep it in a safe place until they visit one of the Lottery’s five Prize Centers in Chicago, Des Plaines, Rockford, Springfield or Fairview Heights. Winners have one year from the original drawing date to claim their prize.

More than 17,000 other prizes, ranging from $1 to $200, were won in this Lucky Day Lotto drawing, according to the Illinois Lottery.
