Bolingbrook Street Market Canceled For Thursday Due To Heat Wave

BOLINGBROOK, IL — Due to inclement weather that is expected this week, Street Markets at the Promenade has been canceled for July 9. The market runs every Thursday from 4-9 p.m. at The Promenade Bolingbrook.

Several vendors gather to sell their freshly produced fruits and vegetables, cheese, wines, tea, coffee, baked goods, gourmet olive oils and vinegar, salsa, jams, and even all-natural pet treats for your furry friends. Also available are a wide variety of handmade gifts such as pottery, wood pieces, original jewelry, garden accessories, hand painted art tiles and more.

In order to follow social distancing rules because of the COVID-19 outbreak, the full concert series is not taking place this year, but, free outdoor live music is available for shoppers to hear.

A day has been added to the end of the series as a make-up date for the Thursday cancellation. The market now runs till Sept. 3.
