Bolingbrook Trustee Resigns After 16 Years in Office
DuPage Township Trustee appointed as a replacement
Bolingbrook Village Trustee Joseph B. Morelli resigned after more than 16 years in office, according to WJOL.
Morelli expressed an increase in responsibilities in his day job as the reason for his departure. The veteran trustee was replaced by Sheldon Watts.
Watts was elected the DuPage Township Board of Trustees in April 2013. He will complete Morelli's term and run for that office in April 2017.
