Bolingbrook's Village Picnic Set For Sunday

BOLINGBROOK, IL — The Village of Bolingbrook will host its 41st annual Village Picnic on June 29, on the grounds behind Town Center.

The picnic will run from noon to 5 p.m., and feature free hot dogs, Art in the Park, Bingo, a fishing derby, farm petting zoo, a free hot dog eating contest and more.

• 12 p.m. - Start and welcome!
• 12:20 p.m. - Hot Dog Eating Contest
• 12:55 to 1:20 p.m. - Theatre-on-the-Hill/WMC Production/Mayor Welcome!
• 1:25 to 1:50 p.m. - Bolingbrook Park District Dance Academy
• 1:50 to 2:15 p.m. - Bolingbrook Park District Gymnastics
• 2:20 to 2:45 p.m. - Cierra's Dance Studio
• 3 to 3:25 p.m. - Kinetic Dance Company
• 3:40 to 4:05 p.m. - Bolingbrook Community Chorus
• 4:10 p.m. - Bolingbrook Arts Council - People's Choice Award Art Expo Winner
• 4:20 p.m. - Scavenger Hunt winners
• 4:45 p.m. - Thank You Finale
