Boys Basketball: Raiders End 20-Win Season at Regional Final

The Bolingbrook High School boys basketball team finished its season last week against Oswego in the regional final.

The Bolingbrook High School boys basketball team ended its 20-win season lasts week in a regional final game against Oswego. 

The Oswego Panthers beat the Bolingbrook Raiders 72-59. Oswego narrowly lost to West Aurora in the sectional semifinals Wednesday 61-60. 

Bolingbrook ended its season with a 20-8 record.

Bolingbrook top-scorers: Ben Moore, 27 points, Prentiss Nixon, 8, Kenny Williams, 8, Kendall Guyton, 7, and CJ Redmond 7.

Quotable: "It was (Ben Moore's) final high school game, as it turned out," Brost said. "He came to play and gave full effort and showed why he's an all-state player. We just struggled to get points from anybody else, primarily because their guards are so quick and they turn you over."
