"This restaurant, which replaces, the original restaurant was Gordon Biersch," Trustee Mike Lawler said. "They took a while to get their equipment in from overseas, but they are going to hopefully be open by mid-January."
The restaurant, which is a full-service Brazilian Churrascaria, was first announced in 2023 by The Promenade Bolingbrook. The original opening date was set for fall 2024. The Promenade said the eatery is owned and operated by Brazilian chefs, and meat selections from Brazil and the U.S. range from marinated sirloin, bacon-wrapped steak and chicken, pork ribs, and Hmong sausage.
