Danny's Pizza Closing The Promenade Bolingbrook Location

BOLINGBROOK, IL — Danny's Pizza, which opened a location in The Promenade Bolingbrook just days before shutdown orders in March 2020, is closing its doors.

The business' last day will be April 27, Danny's Pizza shared on its Facebook.

"The construction in front of our beloved Danny’s, which led many of our patrons to believe we were closed, dealt us a crushing blow," the business said. "Despite our best efforts and hopes to renegotiate our lease with the landlord, their lack of motivation or interest in working with us has made it impossible to stay open."

The business said it has offered all of the current Bolingbrook staff the opportunity to continue working at the Danny's Pizza Chicago location. The restaurant is also helping staff who can't make the commute to Chicago find new jobs at other area restaurants.

"We want to thank each and every one of our patrons for your unwavering support over the last five years. Serving you has been a privilege. We look forward to serving you in Bolingbrook until Sunday, April 27, 2025. And remember, Chicago isn’t that far away – we hope to see you there," the business said.
