Jesse White, Illinois Secretary of State, will visit Crossroads of Faith United Methodist Church in Bolingbrook, Illinois during the 8:45 a.m. worship service on Sunday, November 14, 2010. National Organ Donor Sabbath is November 12-14.
Jesse White has been a visible, long-time advocate for organ donations in Illinois. In partnership with Gift of Hope, Secretary White will be visiting several Chicago area churches during the National Organ Donor Sabbath weekend.
As part of the presentation on November 14th at Crossroads, White will present the story of a Crossroads member who has been an organ transplant recipient within the past year.
