Gordon Biersch Tapping Party to Benefit March of Dimes

Gordon Biersch in the Promenade Bolingbrook will host a tapping party to benefit March of Dimes April 2.

The restaurant will tap its Maibock, a "strong Einbeck-style lager with a bronzed bounty of warming caramel malt goodness, balanced to perfection with noble Hersbrucker hops." 

Gordon Biersch will also introduce a new spring menu and featured cocktail. 

All patrons are encouraged to wear either Chicago Cubs or White Sox gears.
