Help Homeless Cats At Humane Haven's Garage Sale Saturday
The Bolingbrook all-volunteer shelter is looking for donations and eager shoppers for Saturday's garage sale.
BOLINGBROOK, IL — Humane Haven's biggest annual fundraiser is Saturday, when the animal shelter will host its garage sale in the Bolingbrook Kohl's parking lot. The shelter is looking for donated items to sell, as well as for eager shoppers to show support.
Humane Haven is an all-volunteer shelter that rescues and finds homes for local cats. Saturday's garage sale raises money to help homeless cats be sheltered, fed and provided medical treatment while they seek adoption.
The shelter is seeking donations for the garage sale, which can be dropped off at the Kohl's parking lot between 7:30 and 9 a.m. Saturday. Items that cannot be accepted include: major appliances, paint, cribs, ping pong tables, car seats, furniture, makeup and Christmas trees.

The garage sale will start at 9 a.m. and run until 2 p.m. Saturday at the Kohl's at 1138 Boughton Rd., Bolingbrook.
