Bullets Hit Houses In Bolingbrook, Suspects Still At Large: Police

Two houses were hit by gunshots about an hour and a half apart Thursday night.

BOLINGBROOK, IL — Two homes were hit by gunshots Thursday night in separate incidents, Bolingbrook police said.

Just before 8 p.m., police responded to a report of shots fired in the 200 block of Ironbark Way to find a home that had been struck by bullets.

Police said two males were seen running from the area after shots were fired.

Around 9:30 p.m., police responded to a second report of shots fired and found that a home in the 100 block of Somerset Lane had been hit by gunfire.

Officers did a canvass of both areas but did not find any suspects. No injuries were reported.
