Jane Addams Eighth Grade Girls Basketball Headed To State Tournament

BOLINGBROOK, IL — The Jane Addams Middle School eighth grade girls basketball team is headed to the quarterfinals of the IESA Class 8-4A girls basketball tournament.

The District said the team, which is 21-0, will play at 11:30 a.m. Saturday against Crete-Monee (18-6) at Normal Parkside Junior High School.

If the team wins, they would face the winner of Normal Parkside (24-0) vs. Edwardsville Lincoln (24-2) at 5 p.m. Saturday in the semi-finals, according to IESA.

The state championship and the third place game is then set for Dec. 19.
