Letter: Loud Cars a Major Problem in Bolingbrook

The loud noise pounding cars rolling down Bolingbrook streets are a major problem in the community. Especially around Plainview Drive and Beech Street. They seem to be especially loud around school zones as well. It often upsets and scares the senior citizens. I believe this invites gang crime and should be stopped.
