Local Chef to Serve Up Grilling Tips During Tonight's Presentation at Fountaindale

The secret to having your best barbecue yet could be found at .

Chef Michael Niksic will be at the library offering up tips on grill preparation, building a fire, choosing good utensils, and recipes for seasoning blends and a marinade from 7 to 8:45 p.m. Thursday in Meeting Room A.

"This is a great program who have that grill in their backyard but have no idea how to use it,” said Senior Librarian Maureen Garzaro.

While Chef Niksic will go over grilling basics, Garzaro said the class isn’t just for beginners.

“Even the seasoned griller should come and get tips to improve or build on what you already know,” she said.
