Park District Debuts New Winterfest Event This Weekend

Looking for something fun to do outside for a change? Why not plan on attending this weekend's Winterfest, put on by the Bolingbrook Park District?

With more than 20 inches of snow pelting the area over the last few weeks (and more falling as we speak), you're likely suffering from a bit of house arrest.

True, there aren't many activities designed around tons of snow fall. But, alas, the Bolingbrook Park District is looking to change all that nonsense. And they're doing it in a big way.

The park district is debuting its newest fun-filled event this weekend, its very first Winterfest, a mother of all snow days, if you will.
