Photographer Chronicles Flooding of Weber Road in Bolingbrook
Christine Jackson Soto shares photos and her observations near the flooded Weber Road bridge last week.
Christine Jackson Soto was running errands Thursday when she noticed the flooding over the bridge on Weber Road.
She snapped some shots of water covering the road, a car trying to make their way through it and barricades blocking the road to other motorists.
