Battery, obstruction

Dimitri Staley, 50, 2715 W. Harrison Dr., Chicago, was charged with battery, obstructing justice and disorderly conduct at 1:14 p.m. in the 100 block of East Briarcliff Road.

Wednesday, June 6

Resisting a peace officer

Brandon Haqq, 23, 649 W. Briarcliff Road, was charged with resisting a peace officer at 12:15 a.m. following a traffic stop at Cumberland Avenue and Tamarack Drive.

Thursday, June 7

Theft

Rebecca Naif, 32, 425 Garland Ave., Romeoville, was charged with theft from an incident that occurred May 15 in the 200 block of South Bolingbrook Drive.

Retail theft

Celene Reyes, 18, 401 Standish Court, and two juveniles were charged with retail theft at 6:55 p.m. at Kohl’s, 1138 W. Boughton Road.

DUIs

• Brian Suderski, 44, 5733 Elm St., Lisle, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 11:14 p.m. following a traffic stop at Rt. 53 and 83rd St.
• Ingrid Martin, 18, 2409 Spring St., Woodridge, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without lights and failure to signal at 3:27 a.m. following a traffic stop on the 100 block of South Bolingbrook Drive.
