Diamond earrings taken from security box

A pair of diamond earrings were removed from a security box between June 1 and June 2 in the 200 block of Remington Boulevard.

Endangering the life of a child

Nicole Garner, 20, 1531 Shagbark Drive, was charged with endangering the life of a child following a call to the residence of children left home alone.

Domestic battery

Edward Fretueg, 43, 319 Aristocrat Drive, was charged with domestic battery, interfering with reporting and unlawful restraint at 1:51 a.m. after a call to the residence.

Rear window shot with BB gun

A rear window to a vehicle was shot with a BB gun sometime overnight in the 700 block of Lily Cache Lane.

DUI

Gustavo Alba, 26, 314 B Woodcreek Drive, was charged with driving under the influence, no valid drivers license, failure to reduce speed and improper lane usage at 4:50 a.m. following a traffic stop in the 500 block of Remington Boulevard.
