Timothy Steward, 27, 300 Woodcreek Drive, was charged with driving on a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to signal at 2:58 a.m. following a traffic stop at Woodcreek Drive and Remington Boulevard.

Disorderly conduct

Jonathan Monvoisin, 21, 540 Payton Place, was charged with disorderly conduct at 1:51 a.m. in the 400 block of West Boughton Road.

Violation of violent offender against youth registration act

Joseph Tynski, 20, 851 Tamms Lane, was charged with violation of violent offender against youth registration act at 2:21 p.m.

Retail theft

Maribel Ruiz, 31, 300 Woodcreek Drive, was charged with retail theft at 6:43 p.m. at Kohl’s, 1138 W. Briarcliff Road.

DUI

Ernest Lewis Jr., was charged with a moving violation and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol at 10:32 a.m. following a traffic stop at Bolingbrook Drive and Remington Boulevard.
