Police Blotter: DUI, Domestic Battery & Aggrvated Assault Arrests

The following incidents were reported by the Bolingbrook Police Department and the Will County Sheriff’s Office:

Dec. 13: Jose Garcia, 39, 311 Woodcreek 108, Bolingbrook, was booked on charges of failure to reduce speed, driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license, seat belt required/driver infraction, transporting or carrying alcoholic liquor/driver and a temporary INS hold. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Dec. 15: Terriaun D. Fanniel, 19, 481 Savannah, Bolingbrook, was booked on a charge of domestic battery/physical contact. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Dec. 16: Gilberto Damian, 32, 20 Fernwood, Bolingbrook, was booked on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Nov. 29: A 16-year-old was charged with DUI following a traffic stop at Boughton Road & Barbers Corner Drive at 10:58 p.m.

Nov. 29: Kenneth O’Donnell, 64, 286 Sunshine Drive, was charged with aggravated assault on the 300 block of West Briarcliff Road at 4:30 p.m.
