Items stolen from vehicle

A GPS unit, an umbrella and coins were stolen from a vehicle between May 3 and May 4 in the 300 block of Inner Circle.

Tools taken from construction site

A Stihl saw and blade were taken from a construction site between 12:30 and 1 p.m. in the 2000 block of John Paul Jones Lane. Reports state the loss is $1,000.

Trailer stolen

A 1986 Wabash trailer was taken between May 3 and May 4 from a parking lot in the 400 block of Quadrangle Drive.

Two net battery charges

Sydnei Matthews 19, 133 Somerset Lane, and Shameeka Davis, 21, 424 Devonshire Court, were both charged with battery at 2:15 p.m. in the 100 block of Somerset Lane following a call to the area for a fight.

Saturday, May 5

Vehicle burglary

A torch set, nitrogen bottle with regulator, hand tools and a tool box, together valued at $900, were taken from a vehicle parked in the 900 block of West Boughton Road.

DUIs

  • Linda Rodriguez, 46, 1140 Wishing Well Lane, Naperville, was charged with improper plane usage, improper backing, improper turn and driving under the influence of alcohol at 12:36 a.m. following at traffic stop in the 400 block of South Weber Road.
  • Jonathan Alba, 26, 357 Thistle Drive, was charged with speeding, failure to signal and DUI at 12:42 a.m. following a traffic stop at Remington Boulevard and Schmidt Road.

Criminal trespass

Daniel Gamboa, 26, 578 Greystone Lane, was charged with criminal trespass to property at 7:43 p.m. in the 100 block of Jamestown Lane.
