A copper grounding panel, valued at $300, was removed from a secured lot between March 29 and May 3 in the 400 block of Murphy Lane.

Gas theft

Someone pumped $44 worth of gas and drove away without paying at Speedway, 352 S. Bolingbrook Drive.

Vehicle burglary

A laptop, wallet, school supplies, debit card and driver's license were taken from a vehicle between 9 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. in the 200 block of South Bolingbrook Drive. Reports state a window was broken to gain entry.

Teen charged with resisting a peace officer

Officers were called at 5:04 p.m. to Lot Q on Fernwood Drive for the report of subjects who kicked in the door to an empty residence. Reports state a 17-year-old was charged with resisting a peace officer during the incident.

Vehicle stolen

A 1997 white Buick Rivera was taken from between 6 and 8 a.m. from a business parking lot in the 400 block of North Bolingbrook Drive.

Man charged with drunkenness

Randall Mattsey, 52, 141 Delmar Drive, was charged with drunkenness at 10:24 a.m. in the 100 block South Bolingbrook Drive.

DUIs

  • Antoine Jackson, 29, 220 Hywood Lane, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, driving on a suspended license and illegal transportation of alcohol at 1:59 a.m. following a traffic stop.
  • Emily Walsh, 21, 14257 S. Napa Circle, Plainfield, was charged with improper lane usage, no insurance and DUI at 2:54 a.m. following a traffic stop at Boughton Road and Palmer Drive.
