The Promenade Bolingbrook 2.0 Makeover Begins

BOLINGBROOK, IL — The Promenade Bolingbrook is undergoing construction this fall as the shopping center launches its Promenade 2.0 makeover.

Over the summer, buildings in the shopping center were painted, and interior streets were repaved, according to The Promenade. The next phase of the project, which includes more construction, started in mid-September and will finish by late fall.

All stores and restaurants in The Promenade are still open during construction.

This phase will include an expanded kids' play area, green space, fireplace, more seating areas, an improved two-way direct entrance/exit, and redesigned walkways, according to The Promenade.

"We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible, but we recognize there may be some inconveniences during the construction phase," The Promenade said on its website.
