Spooktacular Halloween Festival Brings Street Fair, Trick Or Treating To The Promenade
The festival will kick off at 4 p.m. on Oct. 25.
BOLINGBROOK, IL — Celebrate all things Halloween at The Promenade Bolingbrook's Spooktacular Halloween Festival on Oct. 25.
The free festival will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. at The Promenade, featuring spooky games, a costume parade, trick-or-treating, a pet costume parade and a street fair, according to the shopping center.
The event is a partnership between The Promenade and the Bolingbrook Area Chamber of Commerce.

Here's a look at what to expect at the event:
- 4 to 7 p.m. – Street Market
- 4 to 7 p.m. – Game Alley – on Hemmingway Trail
- 4 to 7 p.m. – Meet & Greet with the Hocus Pocus Characters – The Sanderson Sisters plus Jack, Sally, and Ursula, get photos and autographs, and watch their performances.
- 4 to 7 p.m. – Broomstick Light Pole Stroll – Vote for your favorite Broomstick at the Light Pole Stroll from Oct. 24 through Nov. 2 to win for your favorite charity, plus have a chance to win a gift card prize for yourself.
- 4 to 4:15 p.m. – Story Time inside Barnes & Noble – Zombie and Brain Are Friends by Stephanie V.W. Lucianovic
- 4:30 to 4:45 p.m. – Story Time inside Barnes & Noble – Creepy Sheepy by Lucy Ruth Cummins
- 5 to 6 p.m. – Bolingbrook Fire Fighters on Hemmingway Trail
- 5 to 5:30 p.m. – Costume Parade (Line up by the roundabout on Sandburg Way)
- 5:30 to 7 p.m. – Trick-or-Treating while supplies last (participating stores will have signs in their windows)
