State Rep. Avelar Hosts Back To School Fair On Saturday

BOLINGBROOK, IL — State Rep. Damara "Dee" Avelar will host her final back to school fair of the summer with a planned fair on Saturday at Annerino Center in Bolingbrook.

The fair, held from 9 a.m. to noon, will be at the center, 201 Recreation Drive.

In addition to free school supplies (first come, first served; while supplies last), the fair also features free food, games and representatives from a wide range of community organizations with information about the services they provide, according to Avelar's office.

VNA Healthcare will be on-site to provide school physicals and vaccinations, but these services require an appointment, and there are limited appointments available. For more information, call (815) 372-0085.
