Theft from Meijer, Wallet Stolen from Shopping Cart: Bolingbrook Police Blotter

Wallet stolen from shopping cart
Officers were called to the 200 block of S. Bolingbrook Drive for the report of a theft, police said. A wallet was left in the shopping cart. When the victim returned, the wallet was missing. The theft occurred between 11:35 a.m. and 1:35 a.m.

Theft from Meijer
Officers responded to Meijer, 225 N. Weber Road for the report of a retail theft, police said. Someone exited the store with merchandise and did not pay at 1:56 p.m. The loss was valued at $45.

Criminal trespass to property
Harry Coulombe, 57, 429 Wellington Ln, was arrested at 10:03 a.m. and charged with criminal trespass to property on the 100 block of N. Bolingbrook Drive, police said.
Driving under the influence
Alberto Arreguin, 34, 14012 Emerson Ct., Plainfield, was arrested at 12:14 p.m. and charged with DUI following a traffic stop at Boughton Road and Weber Road, police said.
In-state warrant
Kevin Dolan, 37, 458 Skokie Ln., was arrested at 9 p.m. and charged with an in-state warrant and driving on a suspended license, following a traffic stop on the 400 block of Skokie Lane, police said.
Illegal transportation of alcohol
Salvador Ramirez, 37, 105 E. Webster Ave., Joliet, was arrested at 3:23 p.m. and charged with a moving violation, driving on a suspended license, no insurance and illegal transportation of alcohol following a traffic stop on the 100 block of E. Boughton Road, police said.

Driving under the influence
Charles Johnson, 69, 136 Maplewood Dr., was arrested at 3:55 p.m. and charged with DUI, following a traffic stop on the 200 block of S. Bolingbrook Drive, police said.

Battery
Alberto Casiano, 38, 7760 Deer St., Woodridge, was arrested and charged with battery from an incident on Jan. 2 on the 100 block of W. Boughton Road, police said.
