Valley View District, IDPH Team Up For COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic
Community members ages 12 and up can receive the first shot of the Pfizer vaccine at the free clinic, taking place Oct. 2.

BOLINGBROOK, IL — Valley View School District 365U is teaming up with the Illinois Department of Public Health to offer a COVID-19 vaccination clinic to the community Oct. 2.
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., community members ages 12 and up can visit the district's Administration Center, located at 800 W. Normantown Road in Romeoville, to get the first shot of the Pfizer vaccine, officials announced Wednesday. People can then return to get their second dose at the same location Oct. 23.
No appointments are needed for the clinic, and walk-ins are welcome.

If you can't make it to this event but are interested in getting vaccinated, more clinics can be found at www.coronavirus.illinois.gov or by calling the IDPH COVID-19 hotline at 833-621-1284.
