Buffalo Grove Home Sale Prices Drop
Chicago Magazine reports sale prices from 2012 were slightly lower than in 2011.
Home sale prices in Buffalo Grove are slightly down, according to a recent Chicago Magazine article.
The article profiled what homes cost in several suburbs and Chicago neighborhoods. The magazine’s data showed the median sale price for a home in Buffalo Grove in 2012 was $280,000, down 1.8 percent from 2011 and 32 percent since 2006. There were 304 sales last year in the village, with homes staying on the market an average of 118 days, the magazine reports.
