BURGLARY
A complainant reported a tote bag was taken from inside her unlocked vehicle between 1:50 p.m. and 2:50 p.m. July 17 on the 1400 block of Busch Parkway.

Police responded to a dispute between a taxi driver and a customer at 10:02 p.m. July 17 on the 900 block of Lake-Cook Road. Officers spoke with both people and the situation was resolved.

Several lost keys were found at the Buffalo Grove Art Festival between July 13-14. They were taken to the Buffalo Grove Police Department for safekeeping.
SPEEDING
Rohan D. Patel, 25, of the 1100 block of Creekview, Vernon Hills, was charged with driving more than 40 miles per hour above the speed limit and driving without insurance at 12:35 p.m. July 17 on Buffalo Grove Road at Main Street.
