Police Blotter: Driver Snaps Woman's Photo, Wallet Stolen from Purse

PROPERTY DAMAGE
Officers located a vehicle with a damaged rear window while patrolling a parking lot July 9 on the 1000 block of Mill Creek. Officers contacted the vehicle’s owner.
PUBLIC COMPLAINT
A complainant on the 600 block of Grove reported a resident was doing outside work on homeowners’ association property at 10:37 a.m. July 9. Officers spoke with both parties and an agreement was made.
SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE

A complainant reported a man driving a red Hyundai took her picture at 10:45 a.m. July 9 on the 1200 block of Deerfield Parkway. Officers checked the area for the vehicle but were unable to locate it.
THEFT
A complainant reported her wallet was taken from her purse at noon July 9 on the 100 block of McHenry Road. The purse in a shopping cart that was left unattended for a brief period.
