Stevenson Basketball Falls to Simeon in State Championships

The Stevenson Boys’ Basketball team made it all the way to the state finals last weekend, but fell to a strong Simeon team in the Class 4A championship game.

This was Stevenson’s first-ever state championship game and first loss of 2013, the Daliy Herald reports. The team lost by a score of 58-40 at the Carver Arena in Peoria. Check out team stats and more information on IHSA.com.
