Actor Sells Burr Ridge Mansion: Report
The Chicago native has appeared in sitcoms. He owned the house for a year and a half.

BURR RIDGE, IL – Actor Lamorne Morris sold his house in Burr Ridge for $3.5 million last month after owning it for a little more than a year and a half, the Chicago Tribune reported Sunday.
Morris bought the house at 367 Old Oak Court, built in 2021, for $2.6 million in December 2022, according to real estate records.
The 11,000-square-foot house includes seven bedrooms and 7½ bathrooms.

Morris, a Chicago native, is perhaps best known for his role in "New Girl," which ran from 2011 to 2018. He also appeared in National Geographic's "Valley of the Boom" and sitcoms such as "Call Me Kat" and "Woke."
Morris' latest property tax bill amounted to $37,038. Downers Grove Township assessed the actor's house at $2.2 million, $400,000 less than what he paid for it in 2022.

Morris' listing agent, Marisol Doblado, told the Tribune that the actor had planned to live there 51 percent of the time.
But she said Morris' career skyrocketed and that he was rarely at the house, which is why he sold it, according to the newspaper.
