Burr Ridge Mansion Priced At $10 Million

BURR RIDGE, IL – A Burr Ridge mansion went on the market earlier this month for $10 million. If sold at that price, it would be the most expensive ever in Burr Ridge.
The house is at 6191 County Line Road, just inside of Cook County.

The mansion, coach house and equestrian grounds are on 7.3 acres, with the estate being called Saddle Hill Farm, according to the real estate listing from Sotheby's International Realty.
Behind security gates, the 9,300-square-foot home includes six bedrooms and 6½ bathrooms. The house is 79 years old, according to Cook County records.

The coach house includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living room and a sunroom, according to the ad.
The estate features a fenced riding area with lighting, a tennis court, a hot tub and walking paths.
According to the Cook County assessor's office, the market value for the estate, which consists of two lots, is $2.7 million, with 2024's property tax bill amounting to $57,929.
The estate's owner is Jacqueline Laase Parrillo, according to property tax records. She and her then-husband Beau Parrillo bought the house in 2002, the Chicago Tribune reported.
The Tribune said the most expensive house in Burr Ridge sold for $6.9 million on Lee Court in 2022. The owner was identified as Carmella Wallace, the mother of the late rapper Jarad Anthony Higgins, known as Juice WRLD. He died in 2019.
Crain's Chicago Business reported that Wallace also bought the next-door vacant property for $1.4 million. That brought the total to $8.3 million.
